How an enquiry should start
The most useful first message includes: destination, Incoterm preference, product family, quantity band, any named competitor or sample, and the date cargo must be on site or in warehouse. Drawings and schedules can follow. We would rather receive an incomplete but honest brief than a polished request that hides the real constraint.
