Quality & compliance

A finishes package is accepted twice: once against a sample, and once against the wall. Our job is to make those two acceptances resemble each other.

Inspection

Depending on value and risk, inspection may be mill self-check with photo record, Poligono-attended, or third-party. Criteria are written: shade against retained sample, calibre, surface defects, packing, marks and quantity. We do not inspect “in general”.

Test documents

Porcelain water absorption and MOR, stone petrography where relevant, sanitary ware flushing and glaze, hardware salt spray, coating VOC, glass safety and coating performance, timber moisture and fire — each family has a short list of documents that actually matter. We request those, not a binder of unrelated ISO certificates.

What we will not do

We will not relabel a failed lot. We will not ship a substitute shade as “close enough” without the buyer’s written acceptance. We will not invent a test report number.
