How we work
A finishes trade is a sequence. We keep that sequence visible so that architects, procurement officers and site teams can see where their package sits.
Sampling is a contract in miniature
For porcelain, stone and coatings, the sample is the reference. We retain a counterpart sample in Hong Kong or at origin so that production can be compared, not remembered. Where a project requires control joints, mosaics, or mixed calibres, the sample set includes those pieces — not only the hero tile.
For sanitary ware and hardware, finish chips, mounting sets and spare parts lists travel with the first order so that after-sales is not an improvisation.
Discuss a specification or shipment
Whether you are sourcing finishes for a single project or building a recurring supply programme, our Hong Kong team can help you define scope, samples and delivery.
