What we do / Logistics
Logistics
Finishes cargo is dense, brittle and often mixed. Logistics is therefore not a commodity add-on; it is part of the product.
We arrange inland haulage to port, export packing where the mill’s standard is insufficient, container stuffing supervision on sensitive lots, and a document set that matches the sale term — FOB, CFR, CIF or as otherwise agreed.
Ocean freight is the default for tile, stone, sanitary ware and timber. Air is used for samples, critical hardware, and the few pieces that would halt a handover if they missed a vessel.

Insurance and exception handling
Where we sell on terms that place marine risk with us, cargo insurance is arranged to the agreed warehouse or site. Where the buyer insures, we still photograph stuffing and seal numbers so that a claim file has evidence. Broken porcelain and chipped stone slabs are the usual exceptions; the response is documented count, not argument.
Discuss a specification or shipment
